Additional Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR & Compliance within the garments/textile industry.

  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and EPZ regulations.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and detail-oriented HR & Compliance Officer to join our team and contribute to a positive, compliant and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update all HR and compliance-related documentation and records.

  • Ensure the factory complies with all applicable labor laws, buyer standards and internal policies.

  • Conduct regular audits, inspections and training sessions to uphold compliance and safety standards.

  • Should have well-experience BSCI, RSC, Higg FEM, C-TPAT, WRAP etc.

  • Assist in employee recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll management.

  • Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances and employee relations professionally.

  • Liaise with government and regulatory bodies as needed.

  • Prepare compliance reports for management and buyer audits.

  • Any other work assigned by the authority.
