Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and EPZ regulations.
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update all HR and compliance-related documentation and records.
Ensure the factory complies with all applicable labor laws, buyer standards and internal policies.
Conduct regular audits, inspections and training sessions to uphold compliance and safety standards.
Should have well-experience BSCI, RSC, Higg FEM, C-TPAT, WRAP etc.
Assist in employee recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll management.
Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances and employee relations professionally.
Liaise with government and regulatory bodies as needed.
Prepare compliance reports for management and buyer audits.
Any other work assigned by the authority.
