∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, hr analytics, HR Business partner for Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support HR Department to build and execute HR strategy to achieve overall business strategy, objectives, and goals
∎ Work closely with Sales Team and HR team to provide the best value-added HR solutions that meet the business needs
∎ Prepare salary, sales incentive, Final settlement for sales force
∎ Proactively drive key HR Processes for Sales: recruitment, performance management, talent management, Sales team Capability development, Sales HC planning, and optimization
∎ Closely involved with the Sales team for Sales team capability initiatives
∎ Advise, update and train employees in all HR related policies, procedures and programs
∎ Provide input and suggestions to the business on all HR issues
∎ Actively take effective initiatives for engagement, productivity, and retention of the Sales team.
∎ Data analytics for different management decisions relating to People/Performance.
∎ Take an active part in internal communication and preparation of the quarterly newsletter
∎ Engaged in different ad hoc projects assigned from business and HR

Salary: Negotiable
