Education:
    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or relevant field (MBA preferred).

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR & Admin (ISP/IT/MNO industry experience is an advantage).

  • Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.

  • Fresher with Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bangla & English are also encourage to apply.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead HR policy, compliance, and organizational planning.

  • Manage recruitment, on-boarding, and talent development.

  • Prepare, review, and maintain official documents, agreements, and reports.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll support.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, Communication and conflict resolution skills.

  • Oversee HR policies, compliance, and disciplinary procedures as per Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Organize training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement programs.

  • Handle office administration including procurement, asset management, and vendor coordination.

  • Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and liaise with different departments.

  • Maintain communication with regulatory authorities if required.
