• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Bachelor or Master degree in BBA or MBA(Marketing), CSE, IT, Multimedia, or related field.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, ISP

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or content creation (freshers with strong creative skills also encourage to apply).

• Proficiency in Canva, AI, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or similar tools).

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.

• Excellent Bangla & English communication skills.

• Creative thinking and ability to work under deadlines.

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other online platforms.

• Create engaging content (posters, videos, blogs, reels, infographics) to promote ISP & IT products/services.

• Manage and grow the company’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube presence.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare monthly reports.

• Collaborate with the technical and sales team for product-based promotional content.

• Stay updated with the latest digital trends in the ISP & IT industry.
