  • Experience:

  • 05 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions.

  • Prior experience in a corporate or organizational HR role is mandatory.

  • Proven ability to coordinate with government and private sector institutions.

  • Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Proficiency in HR management systems, payroll, leave management, and reporting software.

  • Must have computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and email correspondence.

  • Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities.

The Bangladesh Association of Pharmaceutical Industries (BAPI) is a leading and prestigious organization representing the pharmaceutical sector of Bangladesh. To strengthen and modernize its administrative and human resource operations, BAPI is inviting applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of HR & Admin Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.

  • Handle recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and promotion processes.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as office operations, documentation, and logistics support.

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR records.

  • Coordinate overall office management in collaboration with the executive committee.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and organizational policies.

  • Any other duties assigned by the senior authority.
