Education:

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HRIS systems, and compliance management.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in garments, manufacturing, or large-scale factory operations preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

  • Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention programs.

  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and performance evaluation systems.

  • Maintain disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations.

  • Plan and execute training & development initiatives for employees.

  • Oversee administrative functions such as logistics, security, compliance, and office management.

  • Prepare reports for senior management and support decision-making processes.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, fire safety, compliance audits, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with top management to align HR strategy with company objectives.
