We specialize in providing high-quality Spoken English and IELTS courses through both online and offline platforms. We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Professional to manage our team, streamline our administrative operations, and foster a productive work culture.
Job Responsibilities: As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for the overall HR and Administrative functions of the institute.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Instructors, Sales Executives, and Support Staff. This includes drafting job posts, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Attendance & Leave Management: Strictly monitor daily attendance, track late arrivals, and manage leave records for all employees.
Payroll Management: Prepare monthly salary sheets based on attendance and leave records, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
Performance Appraisal (KPI): Monitor employee performance (especially sales targets for the support team and teaching quality for instructors) and conduct periodic performance reviews.
Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies, dress codes, and disciplinary procedures to maintain a professional environment.
Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and resolve internal conflicts professionally.
Administrative Duties: Oversee daily office operations, manage logistics, and ensure the facility is well-maintained for students and staff.
Educational Requirements:
BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from any reputed university.
PGDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma in HRM) will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR & Admin.
Experience in Training Institutes, Coaching Centers, or the Education sector is highly preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: BDT 25,000 – 40,000 (Monthly) – Negotiable based on expertise and experience.
Festival Bonus: 1 (Yearly).
Review: Yearly salary review based on performance.
Working Hours & Days:
Time: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Break: 1 Hour (Lunch & Prayer break).
Weekly Off: 1 Day (As per roster/discussion).
