- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Experience in payroll processing, employee engagement, and compliance is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance procedures.
Managed employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to ensure a harmonious workplace.
Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure seamless administrative operations, including office management, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Organized and facilitated training, workshops, and career development programs to enhance employee skills.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Laws and company regulations.
Collaborate with department heads to support business operations and organizational goals.
Manage office security, supplies, vendor relationships, and asset management.
