  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in payroll processing, employee engagement, and compliance is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance procedures.

  • Managed employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to ensure a harmonious workplace.

  • Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ensure seamless administrative operations, including office management, logistics, and vendor coordination.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

  • Organized and facilitated training, workshops, and career development programs to enhance employee skills.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Laws and company regulations.

  • Collaborate with department heads to support business operations and organizational goals.

  • Manage office security, supplies, vendor relationships, and asset management.
