• Professional certifications in WordPress, Networking, or IT Systems will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in WordPress development and IT administration.
• Gender: Female (mandatory)
• Strong skills in WordPress (themes, plugins, custom coding).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL preferred.
• Practical knowledge of IT hardware, LAN/WAN, security systems, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to multitask and handle both IT and website responsibilities independently.
• Must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Bagan Group is looking for a dynamic and skilled WordPress Developer (Female) who will play a dual role in managing our IT infrastructure and leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of WordPress-based websites. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a passion for digital development.

Job Responsibilities

• WordPress Development & Management
  • Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites for the company and its concerns.
  • Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per business requirements.
  • Ensure website security, backup, speed optimization, and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot website-related issues and provide quick solutions.
• Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain digital records and documentation related to IT & website projects.
  • Train and guide team members on basic IT/WordPress operations.
  • Perform any other IT/website-related duties assigned by management.
