Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
∎ Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office records.
∎ Support basic finance operations, such as tracking expenses and preparing transactional summaries.
∎ Maintain and update HR policies, documents, and databases.
∎ Communicate with employees and assist in resolving HR-related inquiries.
∎ Coordinate internal events, training sessions, and office management activities.
∎ Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
∎ Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations and reports.
∎ Manage email correspondence and maintain client records.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in communication, human resources, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (must be fluent in speaking and presentation).
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
