Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create visually compelling content for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, and advertisements.
∎ Develop creative assets that align with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
∎ Maintain brand consistency across all platforms with cohesive design elements.
∎ Design impactful layouts, typography, and color schemes to convey messages effectively.
∎ Develop dynamic motion graphics for video projects such as animations, explainer videos, intros/outros, and promotional content.
∎ Enhance video projects with seamless motion integration and post-production techniques.
∎ Experiment with new animation styles and trends to create innovative visuals.
∎ Stay updated on motion design advancements and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
∎ Work closely with content creators, marketers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver impactful designs.
∎ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
∎ Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
∎ Provide clear communication to ensure design objectives are met effectively.
∎ Software & Technical Proficiency:
∎ Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) for design and motion graphics.
∎ Stay updated with emerging design tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and creativity.
∎ Conduct thorough quality checks on all visual content to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
∎ Implement feedback effectively and make necessary refinements to enhance the final output.
