Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for managing HR operations for the factory that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, ensuring job description for all.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as updated.
∎ Process joining of new employees, background check and update in payroll Software.
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
∎ Develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, conduct departmental inquiry improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work.
∎ Follow up 6s activities, cleaners’ management.
∎ Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
∎ Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running in the factory.
∎ Follow up hygienic issues.
∎ Chinese canteen, CN House all facility follow-up.
∎ Security roster maintain & administration.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
