Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Have to work in Microsoft Office specially MS. Excel.
∎ Responsible for managing general HR and Admin operations.
∎ Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the office.
∎ Responsible for ensuring general administration.
∎ Maintaining Employee attendance & leave management on a daily basis.
∎ Personal file management.
∎ New recruited employees joining formalities & day long orientation Program.
∎ Observe employee behavior to identify areas of improvement.
∎ Ensure HR survey, action plan, follow through across organization.
∎ Absent Counseling.
∎ Facilitate the process of the end year performance assessment.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Visiting & Maintaining company stock & store
∎ Creating an inventory for office.
∎ Monitoring Inventory.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
