Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Be responsible for overall HR & Compliance related activities of the factory.
∎ Conduct different certification audits (BSCI, GRS, RCS, OEKO-TEX, FSC & others).
∎ Prepare relevant reports and routinely correspondence with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed.
∎ Follow up and ensure availability of all types of necessary documents which are related with all kind of audit and HR related work.
