Responsibilities & Context:
Be responsible for overall HR & Compliance related activities of the factory.
Conduct different certification audits (BSCI, GRS, RCS, OEKO-TEX, FSC & others).
Prepare relevant reports and routinely correspondence with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed.
Follow up and ensure availability of all types of necessary documents which are related with all kind of audit and HR related work.
