∎ Graduated/Post Graduation from any reputed college/University at Same Field.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Self-disciplined & Punctual, Able to work effectively in a team, Able to work effectively in a team.
∎ Proactive and cooperative attitude, Can work under stress, Can work for long hours.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of top talent.
∎ Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Manage the employee benefits and compensation programs.
∎ Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and administration.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of all employee records, including HRIS data and personnel files.
∎ Develop and manage the HR and administrative budgets.
∎ Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR and administrative issues.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of all administrative functions, including facilities management, IT, and office services.
∎ Office administration and Company secretariat job.
∎ Safety Security.
∎ Transport management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Salary: Negotiable
