Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute training initiatives that are in line with the company's mission and objectives.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.
∎ Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
∎ Assess the efficacy of training programs and make adjustments as required.
∎ Foster and sustain connections with external training providers and vendors.
∎ Keep abreast of the most recent advancements and techniques in education and growth.
∎ Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs.
∎ Develop career development plans for employees and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
∎ Create and maintain training records and reports.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Head of Training and Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. The Head of Training and Development will work collaboratively with other departments to identify training needs, design courses, and deliver effective training sessions.
