∎ Negotiating with staff and their on issues relating to pay and conditions.

∎ Formulating employee motivation factors, counselling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Recommend, develop, and maintain human resource information systems, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
∎ Developing and implementing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring Admin plans to support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
∎ Monitoring, evaluating, and developing operation budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Performing any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization.
∎ Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments. Check, recommend & approve (As applicable) bills for payment accurately and timely.
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and making sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees, and visitors.
∎ Age at least 35 years
