Responsibilities & Context:
· Recruit and manage Brand Ambassadors (BA) and Supervisor in assigned territory
· Conduct training and field coaching for activation teams
· Monitor daily consumer activation activities
· Ensure proper campaign execution
· Regular field visit as per route plan
· Analysis daily performances and suggesting way forward
· Keys person to manage territory wise campaign logistics Maintain strong relationships with DH team and stakeholders
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign operations
