Job Context:
100% Export oriented Shoe Factory Seeks application for the post of Deputy Manager/ Manager: IE & Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for effective Production planning.
Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules .
Ensure the generation of accurate factory performance and trend reports including line efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity utilization, NPT and rework.
Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, clerical, and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
Ensure process re-engineering of Production planning and execution considering capacity calculation of the factory.
Implementation of various tools and techniques of LEAN & 5`s.
Maintain up-grading of skill matrix and performance development of workers by training, counseling and motivation.
Follow up Calculation of Standard Minute Value (SMV) for specific product.
Minimize wastage & increase utilization of Man, Machine & Materials with various tools & techniques.
