Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily basis plan and shipment schedule checking , updating & closing .
∎ daily basis SOP checking every section & random checking every section like as ( Incoming raw materials , Fabric inspection , Lamination , Cutting , Molding , Trimming , Quality and Packing .
∎ Checking every In-house ( Fabric & Foam) Lab test report .Fabric shade separate & inner outer shade selection .
∎ Foam Cup shade selection .
∎ Lamination vat lot selection .
∎ Making all types of development sample and making report .
∎ weekly production status checking & updating.
∎ Analysis to every day daily report and take necessary action for good quality .
∎ Complement follow up .
∎ Providing enough quality control seminars and coaching & lead all quality department staff .
∎ Corrective action making if found any problem .
∎ Following the house keeping & maintaining the 5S system .
∎ Checking every article SKU wise .
∎ Monitoring all quality performance by gathering relevant production data .
∎ Ensuring all quality and production issue auditing & controlling .
∎ Following final inspection of AQL level with double sampling as per customer requirements .
∎ To keep all necessary documents & quality SOP .
∎ Analysis to customer complaints performance .
∎ Internal audit maintain and support .
∎ 100% Quality insure & customer staisfaction .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Linger / Accessories / Garments.
