Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma /BSc in Textile Engineering from any Reputed University.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments & Textiles
∎ Any third class not allowed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will be responsible for timely attend to office on scheduled time.
∎ Coordinate to ensure feasible bulk production.
∎ Take FTD & required specification hand over from sample responsible.
∎ Collect sample processing data from sample responsible.
∎ Match 1st bulk fabric with approval counter sample & quality with approval FTD hanger.
∎ Cross check lab test report, inspection report, shade continuity, GSM continuity & all other quality parameters “roll to roll” & “batch to batch” prior delivery to cutting.
∎ Provide a validation certificate based on quality checklist prior delivery.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of all production & quality data by hard copy.
∎ Ensure FTD vs Bulk & Sample vs Bulk.
∎ Coordinate with QS team for any major issue.
∎ Responsible for fabric quality assurance
∎ To review yarn physical test report and collect fabrics sample
∎ Arrange pre-production meeting for fabric and participate with garments pre-production meeting.
∎ Random checking of fabric knitting, dyeing & finishing
∎ Assisting in setting of production pattern
∎ Responsible for making "internal final inspection report" before delivery
∎ Should have sound knowledge on 4 point system
∎ These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post and they are subject to regular review. Any significant changes to the rule will be subject to consultation.
∎ Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge of GPQ System.
∎ Should have good knowledge of Knit garments, knit-fabric constructions and washes, finishes, chemical treatment etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of knit garments manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Quality Control/Audit, Production area.
∎ A solid knowledge of globally accepted Quality Standard is a must
∎ Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken, is a must and mandatory
∎ Should have excellent command in Computer Operation particularly in MS office
