Responsibilities & Context:

Winning Fashion Ltd (A Unit of Azim Group)

Responsibilities :

  • Must have experience & handling individually 20 lines. More will be added in the future.
  • Experience and qualifications will be required to monitor and manage them.
  • Lead and manage all operations of the garment factory with full command and control across departments.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all production lines, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
  • Oversee planning, production, quality, maintenance, HR, and compliance departments to ensure integrated workflow.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of export orders in alignment with the Time and Action (TNA) calendar.
  • Monitor compliance with buyer standards, local labor laws, and international audit requirements (e.g., RSC, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP).
  • Uphold and enforce strict quality control measures at all stages of the production process to ensure zero-defect output.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials and accessories.
  • Lead initiatives for lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement to enhance factory efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers, audit teams, and stakeholders through regular communication and factory presentations.
  • Analyze factory KPIs, prepare operational reports, and present performance summaries to top management.
  • Guide, mentor, and supervise department heads, ensuring a high-performance and compliant factory culture.
  • Promote a safe, ethical, and compliant workplace in accordance with both local and international standards.
  • Drive innovation, automation, and sustainability practices to maintain competitive edge in the global RMG market.
