Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree in Fashion Design from renowned program such as BUFT or Shanto-Marium preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with design team to create best-selling styles for seasonal collections.
∎ Research market trends to understand new fabrics, colors, silhouettes, fits, washes
∎ Create hand-drawn sketches, designs, flat patterns, technical drawings, and other required art / illustrations
∎ Create design and concept boards to communicate seasonal direction
∎ Select textiles and color, graphics/prints, materials, fit, and trims to make popular and best-selling styles
∎ Apply garment pattern-making and garment fitting techniques to ensure proper construction
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Art & Sketch, Fashion Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have ethnic wear designing experience
∎ Should have knowledge on fabric types and fabric sources related to ethnic wear
∎ Should have experience in designing dresses.
∎ Should be able to work independently
∎ Should know fabric types and fabric sources related to ethnic wear
∎ Should know about designing ethnic motifs, graphics, embroidery stitch detail, print variation etc.,
