Responsibilities & Context:

• Strong practical knowledge of upvc pipe fittings & sheets, fencing-electric fence net, teflon tape, gas pipe, garden hose pipe for manufacturing industries.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage production teams in manufacturing.

• Practical expertise in capacity utilisation, manufacturing, planning, and balance of lines.

• To ensure efficient workflow, make sure the production, QA/QC, store, and logistics teams are well-coordinated.

• Monitor resource utilization, minimize wastage, and control production costs.

• Keep an eye on how resources are being used, reduce waste, and manage production expenses.

• Monitor daily production output, machine efficiency and worker productivity to maximise operational efficiency.

• Sound understanding of cost control, quality control, breaking reduction and productivity improvement method.

• Ability to prepare and analyse production report.

• Good communication and coordination skill to work effectively.

• Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management from time to time.
