∎ Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a senior management role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in smartphone manufacturing, local or abroad.
∎ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance principles.
∎ Demonstrated a track record of driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
∎ Proficiency in the English & Chinese language is preferred.

∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase throughput.
∎ Please ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies to maintain operational integrity.
∎ Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to track operational efficiency and profitability.
∎ Monitor financial performance against targets, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to ensure financial viability.
∎ Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
∎ Represent the company in external forums, industry events, and regulatory meetings to enhance our brand reputation and influence.
