Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitate all government liaison activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely submission of required documentation.
∎ Develop and maintain positive relationships with local government agencies to streamline processes and resolve any issues efficiently.
∎ Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures related to government regulations, keeping the organization updated on any changes or developments.
∎ Coordinate with relevant authorities for permits, licenses, and inspections, ensuring the smooth operation of factories.
∎ Represent the company in meetings with government officials, providing necessary information and advocating for the organization's interests.
∎ Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to interpret and adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Manage community relations initiatives, fostering positive interactions and addressing any concerns or grievances promptly.
∎ Implement strategies to engage with the local community, including outreach programs and community development projects.
∎ Monitor and assess community feedback, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain positive relationships and mitigate any negative impacts.
∎ Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, promoting transparency, understanding, and mutual respect.
∎ Maintain protocol & external parties effectively.
