∎ Design, develop, and implement learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
∎ Identify skill gaps and create customized training modules based on business requirements.
∎ Conduct engaging training sessions using digital tools and interactive methodologies.
∎ Prepare high-quality training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
∎ Utilize Advanced Excel to track training effectiveness and prepare insightful reports.
∎ Leverage Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms, etc.) to streamline L&D processes.
∎ Work closely with department heads to align learning strategies with business goals.
∎ Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, to engage with diverse stakeholders.
