Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Act and Labour rules;
Proficiency in ERP/HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, etc.;
Good knowledge in Performance Management System;
Capable in planning, organizing, prioritizing and coordinating work in a fast-changing environment;
Strong analytical and communication ability.
Good command in Bengali and English.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
High level of professional integrity.
Support in recruitment, selection, new employee onboarding and confirmation process;
Drafting and posting job advertisements on various online platforms that company follows;
Leave management, and other HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and labor laws;
Supervise the record keeping of employee information related to payroll;
Maintaining appropriate confidentiality of employee information;
Ensure timely payroll processing;
Administer the company`s performance appraisal system, ensuring timely and fair reviews for all employees.
Support to set KPI, target, develop measures and follow up to shape performance of individual/group in close coordination with HODs;
Complete the final Settlement within the agreed timeframe, after getting the approval;
Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence;
Promote awareness and acceptance of the Change Management process;
Ensure that related legal requirements are fulfilled in HR operations to avoid unusual situations;
Handle regular HR operations along with periodic and special assignments.
