∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
∎ Manage HR processes for payroll and employee transactions pertaining to leave and onboarding facilities.
∎ Manage HR operational activities like employees' disciplinary matters, HR budgets and reports etc.
∎ Process payroll within a defined timeline and ensure timely salary disbursement to all employees.
∎ Coordinate with Accounts for any employee deductions in case of reimbursements, other advance.
∎ Validate all entitlements of employees and reimbursements into the payroll system.
∎ Process final settlement with accuracy.
∎ Evaluate and compare existing rewards & benefits of the company with those of the other employers by analyzing plans, surveys, and other information.
∎ Take responsibility for the design and delivery of bonus and incentive schemes and processes and recognition arrangements in line with business targets.
∎ Assist the Head of HR in the administration of appropriate policies, practices, and processes in related to compensation benefits.
∎ Analyze and prepare different reports on existing compensation and benefit practices and recommend for review.
∎ Assist with the performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.
