∎ MBA in HR/Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training as per yearly training calendar to meet buyer audit requirements.
∎ Develop workers training modules when required as per management decision and audit requirements.
∎ Conduct orientation programme for new workers, staffs and executives.
∎ Coordinate, prepare and maintain documents of all training related process.
∎ Assist to perform TNA (training need assessment) program as and when required.
∎ • Provide psychological support to the workers and staff to motivate them to do better.
∎ Maintain records of intern & follow-up internship program.
∎ Maintain all training related documentation.
∎ Conduct health and safety campaign.
∎ Facilitate required training/industrial visit arrangements as per requisition and maintain record.
∎ Coordinate & logistic support for training session.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years

Salary: Negotiable
