Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with the Chief HR and admin on organizational HR and admin issues.
∎ Open and maintain the personal files of all personnel of the organization.
∎ Formulate and implement HR-related plans, policies, procedures and guidelines.
∎ Ensure proper staffing levels are in place.
∎ Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
∎ Assist HR & Admin in supervising the duties and assignment Open and maintain the personal files of all personnel of the organization.
∎ Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
∎ Should know about Labor Laws and HR policies.
∎ Assist in providing standards, advice, and guidance to line managers to enable them to conduct and complete annual performance appraisals (job assessments) of employees within the set time frame.
∎ Assist in developing, reviewing, and revising the Human Resources Management Guidelines defining group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & and development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal etc.
