Practice HR, Admin and Compliance as per Bangladesh Labor Law and company internal policies.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and company objectives.
Follow-up Attendance, Payroll Management, Leave Management, Compensation benefits by HRIS Software.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling and arrange interviews,
Maintain employee records includes personal file, leave, daily attendance, Increment, confirmation, promotion, transfer and job separation process etc.
Facing world-renowned buyer Decathlon audit and prepare the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
Preparing the factories for facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, C-TPAT audit, etc.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Take care Housekeeping properly in all over the premises.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance obligations and ethical standards.
Worker counseling, motivation & support line management for smooth work process.
Check all data, records, formats, files, books & registers of all departments whether these are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirements.
Managing and coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings.
Any other task assigns by the management
