∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & providing timely support to the Hiring Manager to achieve hiring & department goals.
∎ Plan and maintain an appropriate recruitment procedure to ensure BHL will have the best talent for each position.
∎ Determine selection criteria for position by position.
∎ Along with job portals, source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
∎ Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
∎ Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
∎ Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
∎ Be Ambassador for employer branding initiatives.
∎ Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
∎ Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
∎ Ensure adhering with Honda COC by avoiding conflict of interest.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
∎ Discretion with personal and confidential information.
∎ Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
∎ Working knowledge of software packages (ATS)
∎ Time management skills - self motivator and work to strict deadlines
∎ Behave with tact, sensitivity and responsibility in dealing with both internal and external parties.
