Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and organize engineering drawings and documentation for new models.
∎ Ensure all drawings are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Create, update, and maintain accurate Part Plan, Structure, BOMs for new models.
∎ Collaborate with engineering and others teams to verify BOM accuracy.
∎ New Model Event & Evolution co-ordination & Management.
∎ Analysis and report about New Model Development related issues and resolutions.
∎ New Model Development time technical problem analysis, repot & resolve.
∎ Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and other documents as required.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.
∎ Good knowledge about PDCA, Kaizen, SMQCD, 5S, 4M.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the successful implementation of new models.
