• Age 24 to 30 years

• Proficiency in CAD will be considered an added advantage.

• Prior experience in press or welding processes is preferable.

• Support safety activities through daily patrols, training, and PPE audits.

• Ensure a safe workplace for all associates.

• Achieve daily production and delivery targets per shift.

• Follow standard processes (OPS) and confirm quality of process, parts, and equipment.

• Prepare and maintain production reports, delivery reports, SAP data, and MSQCD board.

• Control inventory of frame body, swing arm, tools, consumables, and raw materials.

• Manage manpower distribution, attendance, and skill development through training.

• Coordinate with other sections and support Line Associates and Supervisors at Gemba.

• Improve processes to reduce waste and improve quality (KAIZEN). Monitor and test outputs.

• Work on shift duties (day/night rotation) and perform any other tasks assigned by management.
