Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage logistics operations within the warehouse for motorcycle spare parts.
∎ Utilize catalog systems for identifying part numbers and descriptions accurately.
∎ Process sales orders in SAP software, ensuring compliance with dealer requirements.
∎ Record shipping entries in the system upon receipt and issue Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
∎ Handle dealer calls and provide timely responses to queries and concerns.
∎ Inspect returned parts from dealers, assess defects, and facilitate exchanges for defective items.
∎ Analyze information and results to identify optimal solutions and resolve issues efficiently.
∎ Effectively manage time to complete tasks within deadlines while offering assistance to team members.
∎ Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
