Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by DLR and customers. Provide on-site technical assistance for complex repairs or escalated concerns. Work closely with the technical team at factory to resolve advanced technical challenges.
∎ Conduct periodic visits to dealerships to ensure service quality standards. Monitor and guide DLR on workshop setup, tooling, and equipment compliance.
∎ Conduct technical training sessions for DLR technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge. Update technicians on new product features, service techniques, and safety. Develop training materials and guidelines in collaboration with the technical team.
∎ Assist in addressing customer complaints related to product performance or service quality. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in technical service. Drive initiatives to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and submit detailed reports on service issues, resolutions, and improvement plans. Maintain records of service visits, training sessions, and DLR technician evaluations. Analyze technical data to identify recurring issues and propose solutions.
∎ Coordinate with GHQS and production teams to share field feedback and get solutions together. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide technical inputs for promotional activities.
∎ Need work Dhaka office when required.
∎ Need to travel anywhere in Bangladesh as per business requirement.
∎ Any other tasks given by management.
