∎ New Dealer appointment : searching potential candidate in assign area.
∎ Maintain new dealer enquiries , application data and regular follow-up to finalize the candidate.
∎ Understanding of motorcycle business, dealer business operations and ability to convince the new dealer candidates.
∎ Analyze the candidate proposal: business performance, financial strengths &management capabilities of new dealer applicant.
∎ Prepare and present the new dealer proposal in business professional manner .
∎ Share weekly plan vs result progress report to achieve the new dealer appointment target.
∎ Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management as per business requirements.
