∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborating with the buyer to ensure on time shipment, samples submission, development and Costing.
∎ Coordinate between factory production, raw material sourcing, Planning, material utilization team & other relevant team for smooth production.
∎ Sourcing raw materials on time as per SOP.
∎ Good Understanding in Product Life Cycle.
∎ Good Knowledge in Consumption of Fabrics, Trims & Accessories.
∎ Follow-up on Time and Action Plan (TNA).
∎ Ensuring standard lead time for production and on time shipment.
∎ Researching and analyzing the product trends by keeping up to date with the latest offerings from market.
∎ Fabric and trims (accessories) development both quality and color with suppliers.
∎ Preparing - Bill of material (BOM) using in house ERP (EOTS), Sales contract with commercial team.
∎ Customer (buyer) relationship management – product development, product quality assessment with relevant internal team, product design assessment.
∎ Following up the production and ensuring OTT, OTS hit rate 100%.
