Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production target with required quality.
∎ Optimum utilization of manpower to achieve the production target.
∎ Supervise all the floor people and monitor regular activities of the floors and take necessary action as required.
∎ Ensure at least 80% productivity of GSD target on hourly basis with right quality.
∎ Work closely with IE department to make sure efficiency of the entire sewing floor.
∎ Adapt to new technology and modern techniques as would be implemented from time to time to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ Collect sample, monthly production planning schedule from Fast react, arrange required men and machine for particular style and handover the shipment schedule and size wise breakdown to the concern person.
∎ Discuss with most critical process of particulate style with concerned people and implement standard quality tools and techniques in sewing line.
∎ Make action plan to control wastage to reduce cost.
∎ Ensure technical and pre-production meeting with production and quality team for cost effective productivity, quality and working environment.
∎ Assist Production manager to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, and training needs.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the head of Production pertaining to the safety, quality and compliance issues efficiency of the factory.
∎ Having a clean desk policy.
∎ Any other relate job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Knowledge on production process and IE(Lean).
∎ Knowledge on related machinery/ equipment.
∎ Knowledge of quality assurances system, compliance and understanding of pattern making.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Total Quality Management skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
∎ Should be self-motivated, hardworking, sincere & ready to work under stress
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments knowledge (cutting, sewing & finishing )
