Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in any discipline.
∎ Candidates having PGD-HRM degree will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ New recruitment related HR Job: CV sorting, arrange interview, assist in the onboarding process of new employees, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring necessary documentation is completed, maintain employee data into HR software, create employee ID, and take necessary steps for opening the Bank Account.
∎ Responsible for prepare all HR & Office Circular.
∎ Maintain Employee Records: maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, leave records, attendance, and other relevant information. collect the required or missing documents from employees as per the standard checklist, update the HR Database from time to time.
∎ Job posting in various media i.e.,Bdjobs, LinkedIn.
∎ Prepared month salary.
∎ Prepare monthly report like new joiners, confirmation, transfer, resigned employees list and maintain employee's database.
∎ Prepare monthly mobile bill, and keep record, responsible for any mobile sim related issues and Create Email ID for new joiners.
∎ Undertake activities related to Annual Performance Appraisal as per management guidance.
∎ Provide necessary support to legal department as per requirement.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the HR & Admin department of any reputed company/ preferably in a Pharmaceuticals Company.
∎ Must have good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, Software handling and Internet browsing etc.
∎ Must have good typing skills in English and Bangla both.
∎ Flexible of taking any kind of responsibility.
∎ Males and Females both are allowed to apply.
∎ Any other work as per instruction of Management.
