Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle disciplinary measure (As per labor Law Draft Show Cause letter, Warning Letter, Dismissal Letter, termination Letter) in compliance with service manual and labor law.
∎ Ensure Employee performance appraisal.
∎ Personal File Checked.
∎ Ensure personal File update of Exit Employees.
∎ Ensure/Match recruitment as per manpower budget.
∎ Ensure Lefty employee Letter issue.
∎ Co-ordinate employee recruitment process.
∎ Draft Offer letter/Appointment letter/Management Approval for management Employee.
∎ Prepared and update employee job description.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Garments Industry (Factory).
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bengali and English.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, E-mail communication, using internet.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
