Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline
∎ BSC in Textile Engineering will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after and set up IE concept in production floor (Cutting/Finishing).
∎ Develop Factory efficiency & Individual productivity by- In house training, Work through training, Motion & Method Study.
∎ Production monitoring as per plan.
∎ Analyze deviation against the IE target and find out route cause of the variance in co- ordination with production team.
∎ Manpower requirement - Department wise Manpower requirement rationalization based on target strength ratio.
∎ Planning for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan and factory monthly plan based on the history of line and factory efficiency.
∎ Must take initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools and looking for scope of implementation in the factory.
∎ Prepares the plans and production schedules for manufacture.
∎ Draws up the master schedule to establish production sequence and lead time of each production to meet export dates according to customer orders or sales forecasts.
∎ Explores production specifications and maintains the plant capacity data also fulfills the mathematical calculations for manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
∎ Prepare a plans and schedules workflow for each department
∎ Preparing SMV based Operation Bulletin.
∎ Find out bottle neck operation and remove bottle neck in every style.
∎ Preparing workers skill matrix.
∎ Time Study, Capacity Study & Production follow up study.
∎ Reduce loss/non effective time & Non effective time calculation.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth production.
∎ Control unnecessary OT through plan.
∎ Line layout, Work station layout & Line balancing with capacity study.
∎ SMV Calculation, Efficiency Calculation.
∎ Problem identifies and find out solution to continuous improvement.
∎ New operator assessment & Salary negotiation.
∎ Participate Pre-Production meeting.
∎ Ensure required accessories consumption before line feeding & maintain line feeding sheet.
∎ WIP control.
∎ Make all IE Related Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Report & Submit to to Top Management.
∎ Training to factory Worker, Supervisor, or Related all person for Awareness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bengali and English.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, E-mail communication, using internet.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
