Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation from reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring overall activities of the commercial department, co-ordinate the activities of the commercial department with other departments & outside parties, government offices, local liaison offices of buyers, audit firms, banks, etc.
∎ Responsible to collect Master L/C from Bank and open Back to Back L/C for raw material procurement for Export.
∎ Prepare & submit Utilization Declaration from respective authorities which are required to Export goods.
∎ Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Issue Exp. from Bank & Send to C & F Agent. Place Booking to forwarder for Air & Sea Shipment, Check Draft BL, FCR & HAWAB, Confirm for Release OBL/HBL/ HWAB
∎ Follow up on the payment realization & disbursement of the funds after getting the payment.
∎ Experience in Cash Incentive.
∎ Perform jobs related to BGMEA, DOT, BIDA (BOI), CCI&E etc.as and when required and instructed by the supervisor
∎ The incumbent will Plan and Execute all customs, Bond and VAT related submissions to the relevant authority in due time. Conduct yearly audit, H. S. Code formalities, General Bond, NOC and to release indemnity bond etc.
∎ To have sound knowledge about machineries, product returns policies and supplier for on-time delivery of goods.
∎ Making Invoice, P-list, and pass EXP form from Bank to ship out the export consignment.
∎ Submit & collect GSP certificate from component authorities.
∎ Fully in charge of making correspondence with local buying house & foreign buyer through e-mail time to time regarding Export documents.
∎ Fully liable for submission of Export documents to local buying house or Buyer's representative office to get Inspection Certificate.
∎ To bring the potential risk of the deal associated with commercial /legal, regulator, taxation, billing, payment, project implementation and associated penalty terms and condition and propose various risk .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Negotiation Skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bengali and English.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, E-mail communication, using internet.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
