Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling buying house for export booking.
∎ Handling logistics shipping line related all problem solves.
∎ Handling CNF, depots Chittagong customs house communication.
∎ All export documents make as per L/C and submitted to the bank.
∎ Bank submitted documents to be followed for payments status.
∎ Export performance status to be made and showing the management of the company.
∎ All communication mail corresponding with buyer, buying house, C&F, logistics, shipping line, freight forwarder.
∎ Online UD type and submitted to BGMEA.
∎ All communication with BGMEA for any kind certificate & UD, UD amendment passes from BGMEA.
∎ UD make as per consumption and make UD statement for bond customs audit report.
∎ Bond customs audit to be complete every year smoothly.
∎ All bond customs papers to be made for bond customs audit.
∎ All UD (BGMEA) bond customs related statement will be made and to be submitted management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bengali and English.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, E-mail communication, using internet.
∎ Should be pro-active and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
