∎ Adventure Dhaka Limited, a subsidiary of Adventure Inc. (One of the leading public listed OTA in Japan) looking for a tech savvy HR Professional based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, who is capable of handling all HT related tasks by yourself, especially recruiting. The company is looking for a young energetic, humble, efficient person to fill up position. The position requires knowledge, human resource skills and can-do attitudes to achieve a collective goal in a team environment. We expect you to have documentation skill, data analysis skill and IT skill like using Spread Sheet function. Programming knowledge and background shall be considered as an added advantage. Of course HR should have fairness, sincerity and accuracy in their work.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To understand staffing needs and execute the recruitment process as per plan.
∎ Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and also from offline sources.
∎ To collect the data related to recruitment like the total application number, pass ratio and so on.
∎ To consider the better way of recruiting to achieve our goal by analyzing the data.
∎ Plan recruitment process, including screening, calls, and in-person interviews.
∎ Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details and perform the background check as per policy.
∎ Be a team player and attend job fairs and recruitment events and Lead employer branding initiatives.
∎ Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
∎ Initiate and execute new joiners' onboarding formalities.
∎ To make document like appointment letter, HR policy and so on.
∎ To update company rule as document.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Programming knowledge and background shall be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
∎ Knowledge of travel, tourism.
∎ Excellent communication skills specially in English (Official language is English).
∎ Hardworking, passionate, Punctual.
∎ Analytical and mathematical skills are required.
∎ Approaching very structured and systematic at workplace.
∎ Responsible towards deadline and consider quality of the services.
∎ Google Workspace compatibility and highly tech-savvy.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ If your designation is higher than Sr there is no overtime allowance.
If your designation is lower than mid, 2 hours overtime each day is included in your gross salary.
There is annual increment (October).
