Familiarity with office software such as Googlespace.
The Executive- HR & Admin is responsible for supporting the Admin division & HR division.
Assist in HR tasks including but not limited to recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining employee records.
Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the team with general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments & so on.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports & presentations as needed.
Execute various administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, correspondence.
Maintain supplies and inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Help maintain a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Communication with clients such as airlines and hotels & so on.
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively to ensure timely completion.
