  • Age At least 24 years
  • Suitable for candidates with 1-3 years experience or limited professional experience, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and minimize errors in given tasks.

  • Ability to adapt and assist in various tasks across different departments as needed.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Able to work under pressure.

  • Must be punctual Willingness to grow with the company

  • Familiarity with office software such as Googlespace.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • The Executive- HR & Admin is responsible for supporting the Admin division & HR division.

  • Assist in HR tasks including but not limited to recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining employee records.

  • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support the team with general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments & so on.

  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports & presentations as needed.

  • Execute various administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, correspondence.

  • Maintain supplies and inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing inquiries and concerns.

  • Help maintain a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.

  • Communication with clients such as airlines and hotels & so on.

  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively to ensure timely completion.
