Responsibilities & Context: Adventure Dhaka Limited is a subsidiary of a Japanese company, Adventure Inc. (One of the leading publicly listed OTA in Japan which has group companies in india, South Korea, Singapore and Philippines)
- Recruitment process like CV screening, interview, Offering or whatever
- HR tasks including onboarding, employee interview, documentation, employees training and so on
- Support the team with general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments & so on
- Execute various administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, correspondence
- Maintain supplies and inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Help maintain a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork
