  • Communication with clients such as airlines and hotels & so on
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively to ensure timely completion

Responsibilities & Context:

Adventure Dhaka Limited is a subsidiary of a Japanese company, Adventure Inc. (One of the leading publicly listed OTA in Japan which has group companies in india, South Korea, Singapore and Philippines)

  • Recruitment process like CV screening, interview, Offering or whatever
  • HR tasks including onboarding, employee interview, documentation, employees training and so on
  • Support the team with general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments & so on
  • Execute various administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, correspondence
  • Maintain supplies and inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Help maintain a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork
