Responsibilities & Context:

Adventure Dhaka Limited, a subsidiary of a Japanese company, Adventure Inc. (One of the leading publicly listed OTAs in Japan), is looking for manager of corporate department. The responsibility is below.

■Accounting

①Review of bookkeeping

The review of financial statement monthly created by executive

Communication with consulting company regarding financial statement

②Review of payroll

The review of payroll and tax deduction made by executive

③Decide accounting policy

Communicate with head office, consulting company and staleholders and decide accounting policy for new business segment in a way the company complies the law in Bangladesh and Japan.

④Communication with bank

Bunk Guarantee Issuarance, inward/outward remittance, Cash incentive Documentation and so on.

■HR

①Attendance Management

Review of employees attendance with executive

②Employee Training

Establish employee training system for employee improvement

③Document Check

Review of documents made by executive such as NOC, experience letter and so on.

■Legal

①Necessary secretarial process

Registration document, work permit/E-VISA, Business License update, Trave License Update and so on

■General Affairs

①Office management

Inventory and equipment management

Purchase the necessary stuff
